Motorists returning to work today from the Labor Day holiday will find themselves confronting a number of new ramp and street closures across Metro Detroit.
Here's a rundown of what to expect:
? In Southfield, the ramp from southbound U.S. 24 (Telegraph) to the southbound Lodge Freeway (M-10) will be closed at 7 a.m. today.
According to the Michigan Department of Transportation, the ramp will be shut down for pavement and barrier wall repairs, as well as extensive work to the ramp's support structure..
